Shipping

• We ship within Australia only.
• Most orders will be sent via Australia Post. Larger orders may be sent via courier. Registered post is required for orders over $20.
• We cannot accept responsibility for items once they are in Australia Posts hands, however we will act on your behalf to resolve any delivery or damage issues.
• Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery of your package.
• Packages will not be sent until payment is received in full.
• Free delivery to postcodes 5050, 5051 and 5052 only.

Returns

• Returns will be accepted for damaged or faulty goods or for goods that you are not happy with.
• Full refunds will be issued for damaged or faulty goods.
• Refunds for goods you are unhappy with will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. Returns of these goods will only be accepted in original condition and quantity.
• Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order.
• Discounted goods are not returnable unless faulty.
• Refunds not available for gift vouchers.
